MediaMan says my activation key is wrong, what do I do?
MediaMan 3 requires new activation code and can't use a 2.x key. Please click here and enter your email address to retrieve the new key. If it still doesn't work, click here to contact the author for help.
MediaMan says my key has reached the maximum allowed activation times, can't I use it anymore?
There is a limit on how many times you can activate MediaMan. This is a very large number so usually you don't have to worry about it. However, it could occur when someone has stolen your key, or you simply activated for too many times. In those cases, click here to contact the author and provide your registration details for help.
MediaMan says the activation server is not reachable, or activation failed with no reason, what's the problem?
This could be caused by maintenances of the activation servers. You can try again later. If this problem persists, please check your network settings, and firewall settings and make sure MediaMan can connect to www.imediaman.com .
I would like to use MediaMan on two computers, do I need to purchase two licenses?
It depends, if the second computer is used exclusively by yourself as backup of your primary computer, Then you don't have to pay an additional license. That means, if you use MediaMan from your computer at work, and your home computer is used by yourself, you don't have to pay an additional license. Or, if you have one primary computer that has MediaMan installed, and a notebook you only carry out when traveling or working. You only needed one license. However, if the second computer is used by another person, who tends to create his/her own collection, you will need an additional license.
In what situations do I need two or more licenses for MediaMan Library?
One license of MediaMan Library means one pair of username and password for administrator. So if you need another pair you needed another license. In a typical organization, if the corporate IT staff who is responsible for server setup and software installation, is different from the library manager who is responsible for managing library content, consider get two licenses for each of these staffs.
